This was, as you might expect, a bit like watching Usain Bolt run the 200 meters. When we tallied your votes for the best summer movies of this year, one name stood well above the others, and beyond that, the entire top three was pretty well represented.

What's interesting about Tropic Thunder's inclusion on our master list is how often it ranked in the top three; very few voters had it at number four or five, so it was feast or famine for the Ben Stiller comedy.

The race for fifth was closely contended, with Kung Fu Panda edging out Hellboy II, Wanted, and Pineapple Express. Indiana Jones, Step Brothers, and The Incredible Hulk also got a fair amount of votes, but those were the only real contenders.
