'Dragonball' Trailer is Finally Here

Going back several months now, we've wondered about what the finished product of Dragonball would look like. James Marsters, who plays Lord Piccolo in the film, said publicly that it won't include a lot of things fans of the original series may want; sometimes, it just works out that way when you have so much story to fit in. Then there's the casting, and while there has been some support for Justin Chatwin as Goku and Emmy Rossum as Bulma, I'd say the majority clearly believes they've made mistakes with at least these two roles. At least that's the dialogue that I've seen here. There is finally a good version of the first teaser trailer for Dragonball, and although it looks a little bit like, say, the movie version of Street Fighter, I think overall it shows some promise. Take a look for yourself. Dragonball will be in theaters on April 10th.

I think this film will be a big let down to all Dragonball (Z) fans everywhere, it will probably just be an ordinary hero film.
I meen look at Piccolo, last time i checked he was green =S
and Goku, wasnt he headstrong when it come to his ability's? Yet in this trailer he says "I'm not ready for this"

Look this is based on dragonball, before green piccolo was even born. Yes i still think that they should have made dragonball z with vegeta as the villian, because the dragonball series was boring. Piccolo was born from when goku punched LORD PICCOLO in the stomach and then an egg came out of his mouth and there green piccolo was born. The green piccolo became a good guy. This movie is based on goku's training with master roshi, which means before dragonball z and before meeting and marrying chi chi. So all you fans of Dragonball Z don't judge this movie based on Dragonball Z because its not about that, but before that, known as simply Dragonball OKAY. GET OVER IT - -THERE IS NO VEGETA, NO GREEN PICCOLO, NO GOHAN, NO TRUNKS, NO NAPPA----JUST S.H.I.T (i.e. Super Hero In Training). This Super hero is Goku.

I think This Dragonball movie is another independent movie.(It is not a Dragonball from Japanese animation)
If action and other great scene from animation parts are in Movie, I'm not sure what will be.
Anyway, I will pray that movie will success.

yea i was trying to have faith that it would be good, but after watching that trailer it looks like crap. i'm really disappointed, it doesn't even look like they got the fighting right. that was the one thing i think they could have translated and would have worked just fine, but no. they had to screw it all the way! awesome.
