'The Dark Knight' Goes Lego
Monday, November 17, 2008 at 4:13AM
I wasted a few too many hours recently playing Lego
Batman, so I was thrilled at the prospect of wasting a few more when I saw this
assortment of
Dark Knight "Lego compatible" figures over at
The Big Toy
Hut. Now, in truth, I stopped playing with Legos roughly 30 years
ago, but now that they're cooler than ever, I'm starting to regret that
decision.

You get plenty of key characters from the film - Batman,
Two-Face (and Harvey Dent), The Joker (as well as Nurse Joker and Police
Disguise Joker), Lt. Gordon, Lucius Fox, Rachel Dawes, Alfred, and yes,
Bank Robbery Thug. Collect all 12!
The figures are customized by hand, and the majority of
them feature tiny customized weapons, too. The complete line will run you $260,
although since they're described as "Lego compatible," I don't know if they're
officially licensed or not. Still, they're pretty hip, and since there are loads
of collectors out there, I thought I'd share 'em.

Oh, and you might want to hurry; as of this morning, The
Big Toy Hut says they only have one set left in stock.
