Sunday, November 2, 2008 at 2:00AM One of the 'Hills' Bimbos Says She Hasn't Heard of a 'Hills' Movie
I've never seen
The Hills. I have decided that, because of the
nature of what I do, I already expose myself to plenty of pop culture influences
that are trying to make me stupid. I don't need another one. That's not to say
I'm totally unaware of The Hills, just that flying that close to
Spencer Pratt
might become a very slow outpatient lobotomy. No thank you.
Earlier this year I feared that no matter what, I
couldn't avoid this assault on sensibility when
Lauren Conrad
(the one they call "L.C.") blabbed about a possibility of a movie version of
The Hills. Because that would solve everything. I can't say it really
surprised me, but the new still annoyed me a great deal.
Heidi Montag
almost immediately denied it, but you can never tell if she's just doing that to
be contrary or if, in a calculated decision to not keep her head moving in its
familiar bob-up-and-down motion, she switched it up to side-to-side for a while.

Still, that was months ago and there hadn't been an update since. Thankfully, there's Audrina Patridge (the one they call "the girl who took her clothes off for money"), who told MTV that, if there is a goddamn Hills movie, she hasn't been in the loop.
“I don’t know. I haven’t really heard anything about a Hills movie, so no.”
As to whether or not she'd even be interested in making a movie, Patridge said, “I’d have to sit down with the producers and see their ideas and see what they’d want to film. I think it would be like a really long reality, like one long episode, obviously."
And how many of us really want to see that?
