'The International' Gets a Shiny New Trailer

Trailer Addict has delivered another look at The International, the new conspiracy movie with Clive Owen and Naomi Watts. It also stars the great Armin Mueller-Stahl, who you might remember recently from Eastern Promises (also with Watts), but he's had a hell of a long, impressive career.

The deal is, as you'll see in the trailer, the world's largest bank kills people. Suddenly, Washington Mutual is saying, "See? We're not that bad."

But in addition to killing people or simply making them disappear - superagent Clive can't determine which, at least not in the 90 seconds we see here - there is also the matter of the bank's agenda, underscored by the terrible line in the trailer, "We can't allow anyone to put our agenda at risk." What agenda? The one Clive's putting at risk, obviously.

Looks like it could be a good couple of hours at theater. We'll find out on February 13th.
