This Week in Trailers: Double Dose of Clive, Plus 'Trek' Adds Spock
Sunday, November 30, 2008 at 10:55AM
There weren't as many trailers that found their way
online in the last seven days - and certainly not as many big name trailers -
but I'm still feeling good about several of the movies. Or at least, I'm feeling
as good about them as you can based on two minutes of carefully edited clips. We know Wolverine will debut in a couple of weeks, and I think we'll start to see a pretty steady flow of summer movie trailers start the week after that, leading up to some big trailers that will hit during the Academy Awards broadcast in late February or whenever it is. That's going to be a real showcase.
Here are some of the trailers we saw this week:
The International with Clive Owen and Naomi Watts, take two
Star Trek remixed with Leonard Nimoy as Spock
Duplicity - another Clive Owen flick, this time with Julia Roberts - looks like beaucoups de fun.
What Doesn't Kill Ethan Hawke and Mark Ruffalo winds up here
RomCom The Ugly Truth with Katherine Heigl and Gerard Butler
I'm still not into He's Just Not That Into You
Hell yeah: Give 'Em Hell, Malone
