'Watchmen' Video Journal: Girls Kick Ass

It's the sixth of the month, which means we're officially one month closer - or four months away - from Watchmen, the highly anticipated adaptation of the legendary Alan Moore-Dave Gibbons graphic novel. And since it's the sixth of the month, like clockwork, here's the latest Watchmen video journal.The new one is called Girls Kick Ass, and it debuted over at MySpace this morning. Carla Gugino plays the original Silk Spectre, Sally Jupiter, in the film and Malin Akerman plays her daughter Laurie Juspeczyk, who fights crime under the name Silk Spectre II.The two cast members and director Zack Snyder talk a little bit about the importance of their roles in the foundation of the story as well as the movie, and we get to see a little bit of footage of each Silk Spectre in action. Watchmen is coming March 6th and another video journal is on the way December 6th. January 6th? Uh...a court hearing to make sure the movie can still be released. Damn it!
