Official 'Terminator Salvation' Trailer

Yesterday afternoon, we shared with you the new Terminator Salvation trailer, but there was a catch: The video quality was bad and there were Japanese subtitles.

We don't have that issue now, and as promised, here's a much cleaner version of the first full-length, bad-ass Terminator Salvation trailer.

I honestly think Christian Bale will make a great John Connor. And he's a good enough actor to shoulder the burden for an entire movie if it's not up to the challenge by itself. Because I'm not sold on McG as the director - although I've seen nothing yet to indicate he's made a trainwreck or anything close to it - there's safety in knowing Christian Bale is on the case.

Terminator Salvation is part of the best month of movies in a good long while; it will be released on May 22nd.

Some of the scenes are visually beautiful and some of them just look like Mad Max.

I'll make a mental note not to ramp up expectations.
