'The Unborn' Poster: Hot Chick > Creepy Kid

There was a clip from the new horror flick, The Unborn, that we put up here at The Big Picture about 24 hours ago, and I said among the reasons you might want to keep it on your radar, despite the fact that it's being released in the burial ground of early January, is Odette Yustman, who co-starred in Cloverfield.

So I take it you believe me now...

Yikes.

The Unborn is the new flick from David S. Goyer, who just announced, by the by, that he will not be making the Magneto movie next, switching instead to a sequel to The Invisible Man. That could work, although I'd rather see Magneto in the short term.

It's not Megan Fox, its Odette Yustman.

Ok then, I'll ask it... OH MY GOD is 'Odette Yustman' that perfect?? Does a movie poster qualify for a "pause 'n toss" candidate?

Seriously though, I can't WAIT to see this movie. The effects look scary as hell, and I'm a HUGE Gary Oldman fan. I've learned not to trust a trailer as a guide to a good movie, but I can't remember anything I've seen Gary Oldman in that I didn't like (The Professional, Fifth Element, Harry Potter movies, Dark Knight and prequel Batman Begins, among many others). If he's allowed to throw his considerable energy and passion into this flick then it's definitely worth a look. Certainly Odette Yustman is worth a look. Oh yeah! SWEET!
