New 'Trek' Banner Same As It Ever Was

I'll say this for J.J. Abrams: He's going the extra mile to protect our delicate environment. You see, by recycling the same seven pictures over and over again for five months, he's not only managed to keep Star Trek on or near the front page and he hasn't wasted any of our precious resources.

Yes, once again, the latest Star Trek promotional image is exactly like the other ones. Look at the original posters, the second, more brooding set of posters, and now this new banner we found at Latino Review, and it's all the same. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, merely incredibly efficient.

I would still like something new in the poster department, although that trailer sure did knock me on my ass. So I should be careful what I wish for, I guess. Star Trek will be in theaters on May 8th, and hopefully we'll have something new and different to show you between now and then.
