'The Dark Knight' Wins Best Picture in Austin

More critics lists, this time from one of the great art cities in North American - Austin, Texas. The home of SXSW, the Alamo Drafthouse, and the fine university that rejected me from its graduate school has named its best of the year in film.

You can get the full awards at Variety, but we thought we'd show you Austin's top ten. A new name has claimed the top spot:

The Dark Knight
Slumdog Millionaire
Milk
Synecdoche, New York
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
The Wrestler
Wall-E
Frost/Nixon
Let the Right One In
Gran Torino

The Dark Knight also won for Best Director and Best Supporting Actor.
