Even More 'Wolverine' Images

What's the deal with Wolverine? We saw a very good trailer emerge from Comic Con, then nothing for months. In the past week, we've seen new magazine covers, the introduction of Gambit, the news that another trailer is on the way December 12th, and now more production photos from the first X-Men Origins movie.

Is it all an Australia tie-in, like Hugh Jackman's Sexiest Man Alive honor? Maybe, since Fox is the studio for both films. Of course, since more people are talking about the movie that won't be out for six months instead of the one that opened mildly in theaters this weekend, perhaps that didn't work the way the studio wanted it to.

Regardless, here are three new images, which were hiding out over at Spoiler TV, and be sure to check that site out to see a couple additional photos we aren't showing you.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine will hit theaters on May 1st, kicking off what looks like an unbelievable first month of the summer.
