While the rest of the world was on a mini-
vacation, the movies kept right on humming along. Look at that Christmas box office: Four
movies made over $30 million between Thursday and Sunday, and Marley & Me has
already crossed the $50 million mark. Not too shabby.
But because it's the end of the year, we've featured a few stories that look back at the
