Trailer - 'Batman: Arkham Asylum' Video Game

Some of the best commercials going right now are for video games. They work effectively as movie trailers, and they really stand out against a lot of the other ads on TV. Part of the reason is they treat the big video games as blockbusters they way movie studios do their films. And with good reason: Gaming is, what, a $15 billion industry in America these days?

Here's a new trailer for the upcoming Batman video game, Batman: Arkham Asylum. Not only does the gameplay look stout, but the trailer has a lot of originality that I admire. It could've gotten by without as much style, but Rocksteady Studios went the extra mile. So, hell yeah...

Look for Batman: Arkham Asylum in stores next year, and in case you're wondering, they've made a great re-hire and Mark Hamill is back voicing The Joker.
