Deeply Cool New 'Hellboy 2' Character Posters

I sure hope
Hellboy II: The Golden Army doesn't disappoint. You know, all hyperbole aside, it could actually be one of the better movies of the summer. The first one was great, gothic, fun, and a little unexpected.
The new sequel, of course, has much larger expectations:
Guillermo Del Toro is now one of the hottest names working behind the camera. The sequel thinks it's bigger than the original, hence the summer release date. And sequels tend to be more expensive and more willing to go the extra mile. Of course, a lot of movies don't need the extra mile.
So it's not a guarantee that Hellboy II will be great, but that's my gut feeling.

II. These are great character posters, and it's very clear that Universal
thinks they've really got something worth promoting, because this flick has at
least as many posters as The Dark Knight now and I like this new batch
more than any others I've seen.
