Movie Trailer - Jim Carrey in 'Yes Man'

On the plus side,
Jim Carrey has gotten back to comedy, or what
appears to be comedy, anyway. No matter how gifted he may be or how gifted he
thinks he may be, drama, melodrama, and nightmarish horror movies just aren't
for him.
Eternal Sunshine notwithstanding, he's a
comedian and that's what the audience wants to see.
So, here comes
Yes Man, which looks exactly like Chaos
Theory, a movie that got very little business earlier this year. That one
starred Ryan Reynolds as a man who has always lived a structured life until one
little thing goes wrong, after which he does something completely unpredictable.
This has that premise, only it's a guy who says no his
whole life and starts saying yes. To everything. (Comparing it to Liar, Liar almost seemed too easy.)
And there's a new trailer for it, which we found at
TrailerAddict. Watching it, this movie seems
like it belongs in Carrey's filmography in about 1997, but I must admit, I
expected less out the trailer. Such is the appeal of
Zooey Deschanel, I suppose.
