Movie Trailer - Nic Cage in Alex Proyas' 'Knowing'

Though his masterpiece
Dark City isn't celebrated as widely as it should be,
I think people still have a pretty good gauge on what an
Alex Proyas film will
be like. In addition to his 1998 futuristic head trip, Proyas has also made The
Crow and I, Robot. Of course, in the middle there is the rock comedy
Garage
Days, but the point is, look for a lot of stuff being shot at night, maybe look
for gothic architecture, and definitely prepare for a heavy dose of sci-fi.
Proyas' new film,
Knowing, looks pretty solid based on the
trailer.
Nic Cage plays a guy whose son finds a list of
numbers that seemingly mean nothing...until Cage cracks the code to reveal a
blueprint for the world's great disasters over the last half century. Oh, and
the numbers also predict the ones that will happen next.
We'll have to wait a while before we see the disasters;
Knowing is scheduled to be released on March 20, 2009.
