Hey Look: Another 'Dark Knight' Trailer

Surely, one more trailer can't hurt, right? Of course, it seems as though
there's very little left to reveal about
The Dark Knight. I'm told this is
something like the fifth trailer, though it seems as though we've seen twice as
many.
Then again, this is actually the first, shown last year at Wizard World in
Chicago. So, it's pretty much just for collectors, if such a thing as trailer
collectors exist.
Anyway, it's worth a watch just to see the symmetry among all things
Dark
Knight. We talk about marketing a lot here at The Big Picture, particularly this
time of year when it actually has a ginormous impact on certain films, and The
Dark Knight has consistently been the best marketed movie of the summer, and the
most original in its campaign. But this trailer is almost a year old. Look at
the similarities between one for a film that had not yet completed shooting and
the teasers we've seen emerge in the past couple of weeks.
