Entertainment Weekly has named the best comedies of the
past 25 years, so you know what that means: Your opinion doesn't count for
squat, even to yourself.

That, my friend, is an excellent question. I wasn't really thinking of omissions, but perhaps we should. Groundhog Day definitely belongs here.

Hello? Why National Lampoon's Vacation? National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation was WAY better.
Tropic Thunder needs to gtfo. If any movie released this year deserves a spot (which, in my opinion, ought to be considered a pretty damn tall order) it was Pineapple Express.
Ghostbusters is a fine choice for #1, though.
umm...Animal House beats every single one of those by miles....not even on the list...you are awful
its all a matter of opinion but i don't know how "dumb and dumber" doesn't make a list of 25. am i the only one who has seen that movie?
Okay, first of all...The Big Lebowski should be number one. That's right, number ONE. A Fish Called Wanda should be two, it's hilarious. This Is Spinal Tap and Office Space are also fantastic, and deserve their respective spots on the list. But come on, Beverly Hills Cop can't even come close to coming close to touching these movies! It seriously wasn't that funny. If films from the 2000's can be included, then The 40 Year Old Virgin, Wedding Crashers, Superbad, and maybe even Little Miss Sunshine should be included. Others notables would be Animal House, Plains, Trains, and Automobiles, Mouse Hunt, A Christmas Story, Groundhog Day, and of course, at least ONE MONTY PYTHON FILM deserve to be on the list. I'm really tired of all kinds of magazines, websites, forums, etc. making crappy lists. Cut it out!

there were people in authority helping them with this and nobody in authority will help they pretend nothing happened and refuse to investigate this.

I have been threatened with harassment charges by a Sargent walker, She is a portland police officer stationed at the OHSU hospital, for the non crime of reporting a multi murder conspiracy within that hospital.
They dont give a s4!t joan and eric was poisoning a plasma donor!
