Monday, September 29, 2008 at 5:07AM Weekend Recap: Paul Newman, Crowe's Robin Hood, 'Dark Knight' DVD
It was a memorable and bittersweet weekend. The big
story, and it really kind of overshadowed the economy and the presidential
debates on Saturday, was the passing of the legendary
Paul Newman.
We'll present a special Top Five list in honor of Newman
later today, and if you're anything like me, you blocked out a couple of hours
this weekend to watch your favorite Newman performance. Mine will always be Cool
Hand Luke, but there are about a dozen landmark performances I could've watched
in my collection on Saturday.
Here's the rundown of all of our top stories from this
past weekend:
Paul Newman: 1925 - 2008

Russell Crowe's got the accent for Robin Hood (or the sheriff), though he could stand to loose a little weight...
