Disc Two - I Am Iron Man (which has seven chapters), Wired: The Visual Effects of Iron Man, Robert Downey's screen test, a look at scene rehearsal with the cast, the hilarious and properly included "Wildly Popular Iron Man Trailer to be Adapted into Full Length Film" from The Onion, plus trailers and galleries.
That's plenty. I mean, seriously, that's a good DVD. Here are some samples of what you'll find on the two-disc set, some behind-the-scenes stuff with Downey and director Jon Favreau covering the suit and how to make a man in an iron suit fly.

this is awesome i cant wait til sept 30, Ironman is the best superhero movie and not to mention Downey is hot!
What the hell was that in the second video. A wind tunnel designed to simulate anti-gravity? That looked like the most possible fun you can have short of diving out of an airplane.

I Loved all three Videos especially the First one I Laughed my Arse off when Robert started screaming at the end they must have pulled a hair or something in his arm Pit??? or the Blue stuff was hard to get off??? Who knows??? Anyway Jon F sure lost allot of weight before filming began and lost his facial hair. Jon Looks great now! Robert's Abs was Absolicious!!!!!! GREAT JOB!!!
