Sunday, January 11, 2009 at 7:52AM The Week in Trailers: 'Watchmen' Turning Japanese, 'Hannah Montana,' and Zombies
Plenty of new trailers from this past week, more than I thought there were, actually. But we've got everything from incredible trailers for a film you've probably never heard of to bad trailers for movies that could probably use a good one to sell some more tickets.
Some of the biggest trailer news of the week came with no video at all: The number of films that will debut trailers during the Super Bowl is growing. We'll see new stuff from Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Star Trek, Angels & Demons, Monsters and Aliens, G.I. Joe, Land of the Lost, Fast and Furious, and possibly Up! and Wolverine.

Japanese Watchmen trailer
Just in case you blocked it out, there will be another Hannah Montana flick
Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li gets a U.S. trailer
Broken Lizard has made a new movie, the restaurant comedy The Slammin' Salmon
George A. Romero's ...Of the Dead
Sandra Bullock's next lame-ass romantic comedy looks appropriately lame-ass
The Last House on the Left
Channing Tatum is probably not named for Carol Channing, but he is starring in Fighting
Miss March is the latest college/sex/road trip movie
Franklyn, meanwhile, is not the latest anything. It looks very original. And it's the best trailer of the week, hands down.
