Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson is going to be an extremely busy guy over the next couple of years. Forbes magazine's 26th richest entertainer, earning $150 million between June 2007 and June 2008, told Reuters this week at the Sundance Film Festival that on top of all his other endeavors, he's launching a film production company called Cheetah Vision.

The rapper-actor-entrepreneur says he has already purchased eight scripts and the first film in line is The Dance, in which he would co-star with Nic Cage.
"(Cage) plays the founder of a boxing program, and I play a fighter who goes to state prison," 50 explains.
This is on top of two more films in the works for Jackson as an actor, the remake of 13 with Mickey Rourke, and Streets of Blood with Val Kilmer and Sharon Stone. Oh, and the $150 million man will also direct his first film, Before I Self-Destruct, which will be given away for free with his new CD of the same name, when the album is released later this year.
I'd love to hear what other scripts he's developing and if he's on the hunt this week for a Sundance movie that might otherwise fall through the cracks.

Wow. The guy's IQ is around 26 and his spoken words have to be deciphered. We'll see how long this really lasts. At least he's got good people backing him.
That's actually not true. I've interviewed him and didn't have to decipher anything. He was quite a good interview, actually, if a little reticent at first.
