Check Out Michael Myers' New Look for 'H2'
Saturday, January 3, 2009 at 5:55PM
We've got our first look at Michael Myers version 2.0, thanks to
Rob Zombie's official
MySpace blog. In case you hadn't heard, Zombie, who initially didn't want to direct a sequel to the 2006 hit horror remake, signed on last month to write and direct the next installment, which won't be a remake of the original Halloween II.

And to set
H2 apart a little bit more, and perhaps to show some of the wear and tear that goes along with being an methodical killing machine with slow reflexes, Zombie has asked for a new mask for Michael yers to wear in the sequel. For you trivia buffs that somehow don't know this tidbit yet, the original Myers mask from the 1978 Halloween was a William Shatner/Capt. Kirk mask spraypainted white.

Says Zombie of the new look:

"FX master Wayne Toth is back to work creating the latest and greatest version of Michael Myers for H2. Here is an exclusive sneak peek at some early pics of the mask in it's clay sculpt form. If you thought Michael was fucked before, you ain't seen nothing yet! He is bigger, meaner and more psycho than Dr. Loomis ever thought possible."Like Zombie's Halloween, H2 will come out a couple months before Halloween. Why August 29th? I don't get it.
