Eliza Wants to Fly Wonder Woman's Invisible Jet

At one point, Joss Whedon wrote a script for a Wonder Woman movie. You know, back when
it probably should have been made. Fast forward however many years it has been and Whedon's version of the
script is not the one Warner Bros. and its new DC Entermainment for Wonder Woman, still out there
over the horizon.

But it should not be surprising that one of Whedon's stars has offered her services for the coveted role.
Eliza Dushku, star of Whedon's Dollhouse, tells MTV she'd certainly like to be considered for the
movie. "It wouldn't disturb me if it became a reality," Dushku admitted.
"At this point, it's been so hyped up it that it would be a challenge. But like I said, I'm not one to take the easy road. I like a challenge."
As much as I don't like actors bucking for roles in public (it's as desperate as some douchebag telling you to put in a good word with a hot girl you know), Dushku should be a candidate, at least in the early stages. My only real beef is that she should be taller, but she does carry herself with a bigger physical presence than her 5'5" frame.
There's no question she looks the part, and we know from previous experience that she can handle the action involved. I wouldn't say she's my top pick - and Warner Bros. might not want to hand this over to a actress with two failed TV shows in the past five years - but again, I wouldn't discount her automatically.

could work. I still think when it comes to Joss Whedon former stars getting super hero movies that Nathon Fillion is still the best pick for Green Lantern. I love that idea.
This idea is ok.
I'm sorry, but Ryan Reynolds was/is the best pick for Green Lantern. If you can get Ryan Reynolds for that part, you get Ryan Reynolds. Nathan Fillion is not near the quality of actor that he is. Don't get me wrong...I like Fillion a lot. Even watching the two of them on the same tv show was a joy. But Reynolds is Reynolds. As far as Wonder Woman...this is fun to talk about, but guess what...WB won't be making this in the near future at all. They won't be making any movies with female driven leads. At least those are my thoughts, which mean nothing in reality. But I am curious what other people think about the actual possibility of this Wonder Woman movie getting made in the next 5 years.
