First Cast Photo from 'The A-Team'

From /Film, here's the first official look at the cast from Joe Carnahan's upcoming A-Team. From left to right: Bradley Cooper (Face), Quinton Jackson (B.A. Baracus), Sharlto Copley (Howling Mad Murdock), and Liam Neeson (Col. Hannibal Smith). Who would've thought Neeson would look like the real keeper here?
Click for a much, much larger version We'd seen on-set photos before that weren't terribly convincing, especially of Quinton Jackson replacing Mr. T. He will still face the most scrutiny, I guess, and they've obviously tried to keep a few things about the character intact (mohawk) while losing others (gold chains). I hope the entire film isn't in this supersaturated color palette, however. It's almost too cartoony. But otherwise, it still looks like they might be on the right track here.

How in the world are you gonna cast Mr. T???? That's impossible!!!
There WAS one dude who kinda did a good job, he's in the newest Fast and Furious flick, as the main bad guy enforcer. Not only was he a dude with bad attitude, not only was he a giant African, not only did he have a mohawk and beard, he even put a necklace jewelry around him if that wasn't the final touch in your face.

Jack Nicholas would've been perfect for Hannibal. Jim Carrey woud've been great for Murdock; super great. I think Richard Kinieer would be pretty good for Face, especially with Face's various disguises. The cast they got here, I would initially say Neeson has no business as Hannibal, there's no connection, he would play a pretty good Spock though. And yet in this photo here, he actually looks amazing, lol. So I got real hopes for it. That actor they have for Face? That's a pretty good one. And I suppose Mr. T isn't too bad either, it's just wierd no gold chains, and he certainly doesn't look big enough. Big but not big enough, T was HUGE.

I'm excited, looks fantastic, but regardless of my thoughts, this movie is gonna be huge. The following and fans all around the world are legion. Can't believe the A-team is getting it's due
