Second 'Up in the Air Trailer,' Now with Dialogue!
Sunday, October 4, 2009 at 7:48PM
We've been keeping an eye on Jason Reitman's Up in the Air, the newly minted Oscar favorite starring George Clooney. The most recent and probably last relese date update moved the film back to December after flirting with a November roll-out.

Clooney plays a business traveler who spends nearly every day on the road, as he describes in this second trailer for the film. Along the way, he has a tagalong (Anna Kendrick) and meets someone who turns his head (Vera Farmiga). The only complication is that she's the female him - always on the road, not looking to be tied down.
The first trailer is really special and quite different from what we're used to. This one is more general purpose, but it also reveals a bit more about the characters, and that can certainly be instructive. The film needs this kind of push, by the by, because it seems to have already won over the indie-ish crowd.

Reitman is really building himself quite a resume... looks like its going to be 3 for 3.
Tough to do that, and who would've thunk with this guy? But he's been very good to this point.
Better trailer, although, he most certainly must go to the bathroom during this flick...
we don't see much of that anymore...
"What is it, exactly, that you do here?"
