OYG: A 'New Moon' Clip With Bella and the Pale Guy
Sunday, November 1, 2009 at 12:10AM
New Moon: Now with extra cheese! Even though I'll confess that the most recent trailer for the Twilight sequel is the best promotion for either film I've seen, this new clip almost makes me think it's self-satirizing.

It isn't, of course, but the earnestness of what happens at the end of this minute-long video elicits what have to be considered unintentional laughs. It's Bella's birthday, you see, and naturally, she's partying with the Cullen clan. Those vampires really know how to get down. Seriously: Don't they at least have folding chairs? Why in the world is everybody standing while Bella opens her presents.
But then...it happens.
Wow. That's drama. I have a hard time believing this clip is the best they could come up with. Of course, they're not trying to shove this movie down my throat, so maybe real fans of Twilight are totally geeked by it.
Something else Twilight fans might be geeked about: The original film will return to about 2,000 theaters for one day, November 19th. That's the day before New Moon is released.

ITS LIKE LOVE THAT VAMPIRES AND HUMANS CAN"T HAVE BUT DO CAUSE ITS LOVE LIKE ETERNAl AND STUFF!..
I expect this movie to make 150 trillion dollars off the stupid people of the world.
Anyone else notice that they have 1980's party music playing in the background? Sounds like FoS =P
I dont think I have ever gotten a paper cut from opening a gift.
A papercut that bleeds, maybe one in my entire life. THATS WHAT MAKES THEM HURT SO MUCH its not because your bleeding, that heels it, its casue you cut the skin but not enough to bleed that causes the irritation.
in 3 more years I will enjoy the in-flux of 18 year old girls dressed as goth and into vampires with questionable morals.
