Galifianakis, Cooper 'Here' with 'Mad Man' Creator

After they're reunited in the The Hangover sequel (May 2011), Zach Galifianakis and Bradley Cooper will star in You Are Here, the first film from Mad Men creator Matthew Weiner. Variety says we'll have to wait a while before this one goes anywhere, though, thanks to scheduling issues with Weiner's hit AMC show, the recipient of a quadzillion Emmy awards.

The film's other star was, I believe, romantically linked to Cooper by the tabloids a few months ago: Jennifer Aniston. One thing's for sure, if they weren't tabloid fodder before, they will be now.
There's not much to know about the project at this point. It's a romantic comedy (as if you misunderstood the news that Jennifer Aniston had been cast in something) and Weiner wrote it a few years ago. Season four of Mad Men has delayed the start of the film, which already has financing and everything, and the stars are apparently cool with waiting about 18 months to get started. That's a nice luxury to have, although I'm sure each has some clauses that can extract them from the production at a later date.
Because it's a romcom, I do wonder about the tone coming from a guy who wrote for The Sopranos and now deals with all that misogyny on Mad Men.
