Weekend Recap: 'New Moon' is Enormous

You know what the big story of the weekend was: A huge, huge, huge weekend for New Moon. You can read the story below for a little historical perspective, not that there's much history for something like this. Bad reviews don't mean a thing sometimes, and this is clearly one of those times.

The Twilight sequel overshadowed everything else, but there was some interesting stuff over the past few days. For example, I'm officially on board with Kenneth Branagh's Thor now; he's put together quite a cast. We also know how long Avatar is and we learned that as cheap as Paranormal Activity is, a new move by DVD hacks The Asylum is even cheaper.
