One More 'Nine' Poster

Nine took it on the chin by some of our readers for lazy Photoshopping practices with its new posters. Well, I guess technically that was a criticism leveled at The Weinstein Company and The Cimarron Group, designers of the trio of posters. At issue was the repeated use of the exact same shots of Penélope Cruz and Kate Hudson. In fact, there are very slight differences (Cruz' expression, the dip of Hudson's shoulder), but they're similar enough that you have to look a few times. However, I have a hard time imagining there were only two good pictures taken of Kate and Penélope, so why not show us something a little bit different? No worries here; this poster is just Daniel Day-Lewis, who is apparently frightened of mice. Why else would be walking on the furniture like that? Oh, OK, I guess he could be madly in love with Katie Holmes...
Poster courtesy of IMP Awards Nine opens on December 18th. I see it well before that, but it's all very hush-hush.

hahaha Very funny!! Took me a couple of seconds to put the pieces together...Ya, the poster does look a little bit bizarre.
