Video - Anti-'Twilight' Trailer 'Inglourious Vampires'

Perhaps it's better in theory than execution, but I give the makers of this spoofified mash-up of Inglorious Basterds and New Moon called - as you can plainly see - Inglourious Vampires.

Here's what I like about it: It's not often you get cultural subtext in your fan-made movie spoofs, but that's the best part of this. Movie fans who consider themselves more cultured or evolved have their noses pretty high in the air about the teenage vampire movies, and it's not a stretch to think that some of them may have drawn some sort of invisible line in a patch of invisible sand about the Twilight saga. It's really no different than The Notebook...only in a much more pervasive and Beatlemaniacal way.

You could get caught up in how so-so the production elements and acting are in Inglourious Vampires, but why? And yes, as the recruit says, Kristen Stewart was good in Into the Wild.
