Saturday, December 12, 2009 at 2:35PM Bryce Dallas Howard Joins Eastwood's 'Hereafter'
Matt Damon and Clint Eastwood will jump right back into another movie together, bouncing from Invictus
to Hereafter, a film Warner Bros. wants to release next Eastwood Weekend (second Friday in December 2010). Now Movie Web
reports that Bryce Dallas Howard will join the cast of the film, described as a supernatural thriller, along with High Tension star Cécile De France.

Oscar winner Peter Morgan (The Queen, Frost/Nixon) wrote the screenplay and will co-produce with Steven Spielberg, Frank Marshall, Kathleen Kennedy, and Eastwood. The story sounds a bit like 21 Grams to me, centering on "a blue-collar American, a French journalist and a London school boy - who are touched by death in different ways."
So let's see...I'm guessing De France will be the journalist, the London school boy has yet to be cast, so far as we know, and Damon - since he's the star - will probably be the blue-collar American. That leaves Howard, if I'm reading into the description correctly, as the death that connects those three stories. I could be wrong, so we'll just wait for more details before we speculate any further.
Howard has a big year ahead of her, with the indie flick The Loss of the Teardrop Diamond opening in the next couple months as well as an appearance in Twilight: Eclipse in the summer. It will be Eastwood's tenth film as a director or actor-director in eight years.

Brice Dallas isn't a good option, she was in a generic cialis commercial campaign that ruined her reputation.
