Another day, another critics' list to highlight. Actually, today we have two: Austin and San Diego. Both lists come from Awards Daily, and I think they're great to compare because with three exceptions, the critics in Austin and San Diego have different points of view. 
So far this year, there's been a good deal of symmetry; there are tons of Hurt Locker votes, and Up in the Air seems to consume most of what's left. Austin more or less followed that trend, but San Diego has chosen a totally different film, Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds, which it likes for just about everything. But then there's Colin Firth, who is honored by both bodies for Best Actor for A Single Man.
We'll start with Austin:
