New Trailer for John Cusack's 'Hot Tub Time Machine'

Hot Tub Time Machine has a fantastic title...and a pretty funny trailer. Actually, this is the second trailer for the comedy, which hasn't really been acknowledged too much. There was a Red Band, but MGM pulled the plug on it, because if there's a movie studio that sure can't use free publicity, it's the one that's $4 billion in debt.

It's about exactly what the title would make you think it's about: John Cusack and some friends happen upon a hot tub that transports them back in time. There's an admirable cast for this sort of thing, with Craig Robinson, Rob Corddry, and Clark Duke joining The Cuse, who suspiciously has very little dialogue in this trailer. It's mostly dominated by Robinson and Corddry.

Now, with a title like this, your expectations should be lowered significantly. It's like getting drive-thru tacos at 3am and thinking they should taste like something from the Food Network. That's not to say it can't be or won't be fun, just that it's a comedy called Hot Tub Time Machine. Act accordingly.

The movie opens on March 19th, and I hope here's more life in this one than the two minutes we've just seen.
