Denzel, Travolta in 'Taking of Pelham 123' Poster

There's a brand new poster for the remake The Taking of Pelham 123, starring Denzel Washington and John Travolta. The Tony Scott flick is a remake of a 1974 Joseph Sargent movie, and with no malice intended for its stars, Walter Matthau and Robert Shaw, I think audiences will probably be more in tune with Denzel and Tron Javolta. Just a hunch. The movie is exactly what it sounds like - a hijacking. That was much bigger doings back in the 70s, anyway, with D.B. Cooper jumping out of airplanes and everything. But here, it's a train robbery; Travolta and his crew demand money from the train's passengers, and even while Denzel is negotiating the safe release of those passengers, the question of how the bad guys will escape keeps coming up. Brian Helgeland wrote the script, and he's just aces with stuff like this, and Denzel is teamed up again with Tony Scott, which works better than it doesn't.
