Great New Clip from 'I Love You, Man'
Friday, February 27, 2009 at 12:00AM
I'm really looking forward to I Love You, Man, the new bromantic comedy starring Paul Rudd and Jason Segel. For a
while, I was worried that Rudd would only be a supporting player in Judd Apatow movies, but apparently all of
those comedic roles dating back to Anchorman have brought him to comic lead status, and I think that's
great. He's a very funny guy and he deserves more recognition.

To a large degree, that recognition came last fall with Role Models, one of the better reviewed and most
profitable comedies of 2008. It's the perfect setup for I Love You, Man, in which Rudd plays a guy who's
about to get married, but because he's basically a metrosexual, he's never had any guy friends. Not wanting to be
absent a best man, he goes on a series of man dates to find that special someone.
The Red Band trailer is hysterical, I just saw a commercial the other day with the anticipated Lou Ferrigno scene,
and now there's a brand new clip from the movie over at Worst Previews featuring Jon Favreau, which I know will be reason enough for a lot of you to check it out.
I Love You, Man opens on March 21st.
