Friday, March 13, 2009 at 5:15AM Week in Review: Presidential DVDs, Crazy Eddie, Marvel Marvels
A mixed bag of headlines this week, as we came down from the overinflated hype of Watchmen and settled into a less massive slate of releases to choose from. Even if you're looking forward to today's new movies, they aren't really events the way Watchmen was, and certainly the way Watchmen was supposed to be.

So instead of spending a lot of time with the new movies, the talk this week was spread all over the place, and our headlines from the past few days kind of reflects that. In addition to some summer movies (although not summer movies for this year), politics, Wall Street, and lawsuits made a big impact on the movie news. We also learned this week that the former electronics shyster known as Crazy Eddie will get a bio-pic. Fitting.
