Sunday, March 15, 2009 at 7:58AM Bourne, Affleck - Damon Denies Working on Anything
In spite of the fact that he was summarily tortured by the incisive questions of Parade Magazine, Matt Damon managed to hold it together long enough to touch on the fourth Bourne movie and to let us know what - if anything - he and Ben Affleck are considering for a future project.

Yes, Parade, the Sunday paper insert known for its hard-hitting inside cover journalism like, "Can you tell me what Patricia Heaton's up to these days?" sat down with Damon to talk about the new documentary he's producing, Running in the Sahara, and we actually learned a thing or two. Surprise, surprise.
Regarding another mission as Jason Bourne, Damon says, "We're working on it. This time it would be from an original script rather than a book by Robert Ludlum. But the director, Paul Greengrass, is busy and I am too, so we'll see what happens."Of course, they just hired a writer not too long ago, and there are supposed to be three more Bourne movies, so it's a safe bet he'll be back.
But if he chooses not to? I guess the character will get plastic surgery to avoid detection.
Damon was also waterboarded into addressing the rumor that he and Affleck, his Good Will Hunting co-star and co-writer, were writing a script together.
"That's not true and I don't know where it came from," denies Damon. "We'll do something eventually. We went on vacation together and I guess everybody thought we were writing something, but we were just having fun with our families."
