New Viral Video for 'Monsters vs. Aliens'

Tomorrow, Monsters vs. Aliens shows up in theaters, and there's a viral marketing campaign for it that may be the first of its kind for a family film. But I believe what they're trying to do is promote the film outside the usual channels, a sign that the studio believes the film can do well with single adults and teens.

You could argue that they didn't do a great job with the viral campaign - housed at TopSecretConspiracy.com - since the websites that have talked about it have only done so very recently. Kind of tough to snowball into something bigger in just a few days.

We found some news about it over at io9, and because it has some pretty good videos, we thought you might like to see it. One of these videos is a great spoof of Cloverfield, but we won't tell you which one so that you can watch them all.

They've got more video and paranoid stories over at TopSecretConspiracy, so check it out.
