'Harry Potter' Bumped Forward Two Days

This just in...Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will now jump forward a couple of days and open on July 15th instead of Friday the 17th. There's no official announcement from Warner Bros. as to why the move was made, probably because they don't need to explain that it's a money grab. My hunch is this will be the second biggest movie of the summer, certainly no lower than third, and this will really only build up opening week totals.

Whatever, the last movie opened on a Wednesday during the summer anyway, not like this is a big deal or anything. I actually assumed that it was going to follow the "Order of the Phoenix" release plan, but now I guess they officially announced it.
