Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at 1:01PM 'Hannah Montana' Pirate Arrested in Theater
The responsible parties for leaking Wolverine online are still out there somewhere, but America and movie studios can rest a little bit easier now that the fiendish Hannah Montana pirate has beeen arrested.

This weekend, 32-year-old Gerardo Arellano and his wife, Maribel Fernandez, were arrested after police officers found him with the camera balanced on his leg during a screening in Illinois. "I was surprised when they had arrested us," Arellano said. "I didn't think I did anything really wrong."
Tougher to explain would be the reported 40,000 CDs and DVDs found during a search of Arellano's home and a link on his computer to a French website that purchases pirated films. According to Arellano, however, "My mother saved all of the DVDs, CDs and videos."

So now he's rolling his mom into it. Classy. Arellano is charged with criminal use of a motion-picture facility, whatever that means, plus unlawful use of a sound-recording device, computer fraud, and online sale of stolen property. Bail was set at $20,000.
Wow, he's going to need to pirate a lot more movies to make bail.

"I didn't think I did anything really wrong"? WTF, that's like when people on "To Catch a Predator" say "I was just coming over to make sure she isn't home alone" or some stupid crap like that.
I think that if you're dumb enough to get caught, then you deserve the consequences.
well come on anyone showing up to hanna montana without a girl under the age of 14 should set off red lights.
