'Lost' Star Accused of Sexual Harassment

What is with the cast of Lost? They've had at least four DUIs while filming in Hawaii, and now Henry Ian Cusick, who plays Desmond on the show, has been accused of sexual harassment, stemming from an on-set incident in 2007.

In a suit filed late last week in Los Angeles Superior Court, former ABC employee Chelsea Stone accuses Cusick of some pretty objectionable behavior. Stone had been employed by the network for ten years at the time of the alleged incident and claims she was fired two weeks later for reporting Cusick's actions.

Here's the specific allegation, taken from the court documents:

"Such harassment included but not limited to the following conduct: Cusick placed his hand on Plaintiff's buttocks. Cusick then began to caress the back of Plaintiffs body while making moaning sounds. Cusick then placed his face on top of Plaintiff's breasts, moving his face from side to side."

"Cusick then squeezed Plaintiff's breasts with his hands. Cusick further kissed Plaintiff on the mouth. At all times during the sexual harassment Plaintiff communicated to Cusick that his sexual advances were unacceptable."

Wow. Of course, this is just one side of the story, however, if it turns out that this is the only side to the story, Cusick has some growing up to do. But again, this is only her story.

In the lawsuit, Stone seeks unspecified damages from the actor, ABC, and Grass Skirt Productions, though J.J. Abrams' Bad Robot is not named.
