'Transformers' Poster Not What You'd Call Star-Driven

How difficult must it be for the marketing machine over at Paramount to resist just making a Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen poster with Megan Fox in various states of undress? We know it's not hard to convince her to pose provocatively, and we know she's a healthy part of the reason some movie fans went last time and will go again this summer. But the latest batch of movie posters hasn't featured Fox or co-star Shia LaBeouf, choosing instead to focus on the giant alien robots. I suppose they're a draw, too, but I've never seen a Deception photoshoot for Esquire that was ever worth a damn. But what's most remarkable about the new Transformers poster is that Shia and Megan Fox do make an appearance...as hood ornaments. Take a look at how tiny they are. Seriously, the helicopters are getting more space.

I know it was a typo, but the comment "I've never seen a Deception photoshoot for Esquire that was ever worth a damn" just cracked me up. I'm sure that you meant "Decepticon" instead of "Deception".

Better then just a giant picture of Megan fox in her squire clothes with some robots standing behind her. My poster would be wonderful, and tragic all at once.
