Crispin Glover in Another Time Travel Movie...with a Hot Tub

Crispin Glover is getting in the hot tub with John Cusack, Craig Robinson, and Rob Corddry. Well, now, what a bizarre sausagefest that is. Actually, it's for the new time travel comedy, Hot Tub Time Machine, in which a group of adult friends are transported back to a ski lodge where they partied as teenagers. Via their hot tub. That could be the best or the worst comedy idea I've heard this year. Pretty much no in-between. The Hollywood Reporter breaks down the casting for us, saying Glover will play a one-armed accident prone bellhop at the ski lodge, Sebastian Stan will play the more athletic nemesis of Corddry's character, and Cusack will have to figure out how to effectively wear a lot of black in a hot tub, I guess. It's not all dudes, thankfully: Lizzy Caplan, who had a...uh...revealing turn on True Blood last year, has also signed up for the film, playing Cusack's romantic interest. The film will be out next February and is already filming in Vancouver. I like the pieces, certainly, but can they all come together? Let's hope so, because if this hot tub movie goes well, we're only a couple of years away from a movie featuring people traveling to other galaxies on a waterbed.

Truly a very entertaining movie, and yes, I agree that it is relaxing to watch these types of movies. These ones will make viewers younger and live life to the fullest. :-)
