New Tom Riddle Clip from 'Half-Blood Prince'

When Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince moved from November 2008 to July 2009, it created a lot of reverberations for itself and throughout the industry. Among the movies directly impacted was Twilight, which slyly stole the wide open November 17th release date Potter vacated. But it also moved some summer movies around by its presence in mid-July.

For what the move means to Half-Blood Prince, the questions were more about whether or not the move would hurt the box office for the sixth of eight movies in a series averaging over $900 million worldwide per film. I think it'll be fine. Would $800 million be a failure in some bizarre, twisted world?

Half-Blood Prince will finally be here on July 15th.
