Week in Review: 'Transformers,' 'Avatar,' and 'Alice'

It's been one of those weeks you just could never predict. Outside of the entertainment world, there's the ongoing struggle in Iran, North Korea threatening to bomb Hawaii, and a governor who simply can't fight the urge to cheat on his wife and flies to Argentina.

And then closer to our sphere of influence, you had Transformers, which would always be big news, new trailers and production photos for stuff like Alice in Wonderland, Avatar, and Inglourious Basterds, and a trio of somber passing, Ed McMahon and Farrah Fawcett, and the shocking death of Michael Jackson.

We'll try to keep your mind on the more positive aspects of this week, though, if that's OK:

Branagh Wowed Marvel with Thor One-Man Show
