Trailer - Kevin Spacey in 'Shrink'

There's a new trailer for Shrink, which stars Kevin Spacey as a psychiatrist to the stars undergoing a bit of a mental health crisis himself. It's looks like a nice fit for Spacey, who hasn't really found good material for himself in a lead role since before Beyond the Sea.

Spacey's also producing this film through Trigger Street, which finally found some hits in 2008 with 21 and the HBO Emmy-winner, Recount. But because it doesn't have huge studio backing, the cast is not full of big names; Keke Palmer and Saffron Burrows are probably the most notable other cast members, at least by the strength of their credits.

The film has that quintessential Los Angeles look, and while I have a lot of problems with Los Angeles, they only surface when I'm driving there. So kudos on the sun-drenched cinematography, which adds a little irony to the storm clouds brewing in everyone's story here.

Release date: July 24th, but only in selected cities.
