Monday, June 8, 2009 at 3:40AM Weekend Recap: 'Hangover, 'New Moon,' 'Spidey,' and a 'Full House' Movie?
Even though it still trails Up in the weekend box office race (the final
numbers are due in a few hours), it was clearly the weekend of The Hangover. It doubled its
projected domestic total, and if it had only made $20 - $25 million, it still would've been a hit. Since
it debuted with over $40 million, it will probably be the big comedy of the summer.

In addition to The Hangover, there were a few other headlines, some regarding big blockbusters,
while others are about a bad sitcom possibly heading to theaters. Regrettably.
