New Trailer for the 3-D 'Toy Story' and 'Toy Story 2'

Really an appetizer more than the main course, Toy Story and Toy Story 2 will be released in 3-D on October 2nd, in anticipation of next summer's threequel, which has been/is being made with 3-D in mind. That's not to slight the first two films in the series, both of which I rank in my all-time top five animated movies, but I'm really anxious to see what the braintrust at Pixar can create in a 3-D universe. True, Up was presented in 3-D, but I don't know how much it benefited. I think if Wall-E had used that approach, it might be a whole different scenario. But Toy Story 3 won't be out until next summer, and the original and the first sequel will be here soon. To celebrate, Pixar has put together a new trailer for both films trumpeting the arrival of 3-D:
